* CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
- Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when purchasing from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
* ORDER PLACEMENT
- Orders are to be placed online using the shopping cart.
- Balmyair reserves the rights not to accept any purchase order for any reasons whatsoever.
* ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Please take your time to review your order. Order cancellation is not allowed once payment is received and order number has been given to you.
- We try to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt (excluding Saturday, Sunday, & national Public Holidays).
- Depending on the destinations, estimated delivery may take between 5 to 15 business days. Some locations may require 2 additional business days in transit. Please note that delivery time quoted is estimate only and based on the date of dispatch from China.
- If expedited shipping is required, it can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges will be incurred.
- Redelivery charges will apply on orders requiring reshipment. Balmyair are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned from shipper due to insufficient/incorrect shipping address or unclaimed.
- Goods will be shipped after payment has been cleared.
* RETURN POLICY
- Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we Balmyair have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.
* REFUND POLICY
- Refund is issued via PayPal.
- You agree to pay for all delivery and return shipping & handling charges incurred by Balmyair and a 25% restocking fee if package is rejected by your customs office. A refund minus off all these charges would be issued if and only if all products are returned to us in complete and resaleable condition within 50 calendar days from date of purchase.
- No refund would be issued if:
(i) Package is held by customs office for payment of import duties or customs fees. It is your responsibility for your country's import duties or customs fees. Balmyair is not responsible for such charges.
(ii) Package is seized by customs office. Balmyair is not responsible for replacement or refund of orders seized by your customs office and not allowed within your country.
(iii) Package is returned to Balmyair due to insufficient/incorrect shipping address or unclaimed.
* LOST SHIPMENT
- You agree to cooperate in completing the paperwork and assist in the insurance claim process in the event that we file for lost shipment with our postal office or delivery service. You would be given an option of a replacement or refund after our postal office or delivery service completes its investigation for lost shipment.
